Wedding Weekend

It was a weekend full of learning, research, inquiries, and surprises. It was a fun-filled 2 days for the both of us as we jump start our wedding planning. Last night we actually worked on our guest list (pretty sure it's not going to be the final version). We have already decided on the church and venue but have yet to lock in the dates this weekend. As of today, the Church is still fully booked for a year!!! So, wish us luck!

We're engaged!!!



I've been missing in action for days now...I'm sorry for that but I just couldn't bring myself to come down from this high I'm in! I'm over the moon with excitement and overwhelmed with all types of emotions that I can't manage to get over it! Haha!

I don't know where to start and how to start planning...it's craaazy! I'm not even sure I'm wearing the ring on the right hand! Haha!

Dinner at the top

On our 1st official night in Taipei, we dined at the 85th floor of the 101 building. The view was awe-inspiring and the restaurant had a great ambience altogether! The service was great and the food even better! You should check out Shin Yeh Restaurant when you visit Taipei 101. Here are just a few snapshots...

Oh did I mention that we just got engaged here too?!? Craaaaazyyyy!!!! I can't wait to plan for the big day!!!

Hello from Taipei! We're finally here and as I rest my dead feet in the hotel before dinner, I wanted to share with you how our day went.

We started the day by going to the Maokong gondola then got caught up in the Guanghwa digital plaza. Gadget shopping is a must in Taipei! The prices are rock bottom!

Packed and ready to go

If you will notice I have packed some coats in there as I'm flying to Taiwan tonight. Really hoping for a cold but dry weather over there! I'm excited to spend 3 full days there! Will try to post some photos when I'm there...but for now, I'll have to temporarily sign off...till next week's post!

Tried a new restaurant in the area. It looked pretty expensive at first but when we saw the menu, we found the range pretty reasonable. Definitely coming back to try the other dishes.
