Aglio Olio Pasta with Tuna and Basil

  • 1 can (300 grams) Spicy tuna flakes in oil
  • 4 cloves of Garlic
  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 bottle (200 grams) Black pitted olives, sliced
  • Basil leaves (as many as you desire)
  • Spaghetti noodles (200 grams)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
In a pan, boil water with a dash of salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cook noodles for 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Saute garlic in olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Drain the tuna from the oil then add into the pan. You can add a little bit of the tuna oil in the sauce to make it spicy. Add in the olives and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add in the pasta. Stir until all the noodles have been coated with the sauce. Before turning off the heat, add in sprigs of basil leaves.

ANd you're done! This dish serves 3-4 hungry tummies. It's super good and super easy to make, I promise! It's my ultimate comfort food when I come home from a stressful day at work. :D
